La Coppa Interprovinciale 2021 è stata la nona edizione della Coppa Interprovinciale , una competizione di cricket di Lista A che si è svolta in Irlanda nel 2021. È stata la quinta edizione della competizione a essere giocata con lo status di Lista A. Il numero di squadre è stato aumentato da tre a quattro, con i Munster Reds che hanno partecipato al torneo per la prima volta. Il 25 marzo 2021, Cricket Ireland ha confermato le partite del torneo. Il 9 aprile 2021, Cricket Ireland ha annunciato il calendario rivisto per il torneo.

Leinster Lightning erano i campioni in carica. Leinster Lightning ha mantenuto il titolo, vincendo quattro delle sei partite.
