Julius August Isaak Jolly ( Mannheim , 21 febbraio 1823 – Karlsruhe , 14 ottobre 1891 ) è stato un politico tedesco. Dal 1868 al 1876 fu Staatsminister e capo del governo del Granducato di Baden . Suo fratello era il fisico Philipp von Jolly .
